Drive is the slowest, most tedious app to use in existence. Moving photos to other albums takes longer than T9 texting did on an old flip phone. Why Google hasn't fixed this issue in decades, I don't understand. It takes an hour just to move a few hundred photos, which has to be done one photo at a time! I have to clear my device memory & cache every 10 minutes to prevent Drive from crashing on any device I use. This is pathetic. Microsoft here I come.

google drive has been my life safe space since I discovered it when for the first time around 2014(?). I don't think any other cloud drives come close to this product. onedrive has a lot of catching up to. other file management apps can be confusing. Google drive is so intuitive. it can open PDF files and gives you the option to save it in location of choice within the drive. it can keep back ups of other apps like WhatsApp Chat backups. you can share files, collaborate, you name it!

Uploading files is extremely painful. One never knows if it's really Uploading. It shows all files Uploading, no progress, nothing. It feels like "cross your fingers idiot". Never works well. What's wrong with product managers at Google? Reply: Yes, it works very well on mobile data. It fails when you queue uploads while on mobile, once you reach a Wi-Fi network, to proceed with the upload, and there is no way to follow or ensure progress (if you have the setting "download on Wi-Fi only")
