Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

The "notifications" are to slow to arrive to be useful. WiFi or 5g. As of the latest update, the notifications do not happen at all. Support response is not helpful- I've used this system for a while. Cleared cache, etc. Cameras show events under events tab, but nothing is being sent real time to my Pixel 7 Pro notifications. No wifi issues.

useless, have to ask speaker to find my phone at least 20 times when needed, only to be told my voice doesn't match. literally have retrained it at minimum 10 times over the last 10 years trying to be as neutral as possible as well as using every tone and inflection I can muster, but the accuracy of the speakers never improves. maybe ease up on the accuracy parameters, I'm not worried about someone sneaking into the house and mimicking my voice or something to try to find my phone. useless
