Ratings and reviews

Functions as a digital map, but sucks for a navigation system. You try looking up a store near you, and it says no results. But if you know where the store is, and you zoom in on it, it pops up where you can click on it and get directions to it. If you DONT know where the store is, you can't search for it and get directions, which is the entire point of the app if I'm not mistaken.. other small bugs like not showing traffic and giving inaccurate travel times or not showing delays or detours..👎

Generally good, but with some major annoyances. I use it on a regular basis, but I also get extremely frustrated on a regular basis. When one lane splits off of a major highway, it's an exit, not a fork in the road. I have to turn the voice navigation off because otherwise it constantly says "keep left at the fork" every time there's an exit I'm not supposed to take. Also, the app never closes or suspends navigation after you reach your destination, it just drains your battery indefinitely.

I would give zero stars if I could. Google Maps has always been subpar, but these last two weeks it is virtually non-functional. Doesn't ever know where I am, keeps leading me the wrong way, takes ages to recalculate and when it finally does, it's still going the wrong way. Yesterday I was at a stop light and it continuously changed the distance of how far away I was from the next turn. The light was that turn. Location is always on, I've changed nothing. This app is next level terrible.
