The H-E-B® Prepaid App lets you manage your Card Account wherever you are. That means it’s convenient to do things like:

- Check your Card Account balance and transaction history
- Send money to friends and family
- Find no cost reload locations**
- Load checks to your Card Account - it’s as simple as taking a picture*

*Mobile Check Load is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from Illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage. Additional transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions may be associated with the funding and use of your card. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.

WAY too many charges that come with this card. Charge to check your balance?! Give me a break. I spend like $30-$50/ month on card charges. It's a waste if money and I wish I would have taken time to thoroughly read about the terms of the card before I paid for it and signed up with this NetSpend company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, there are so many online banking apps that you can add money to or refill at just as many locations that are free with little to no fees.

I wasnt able to log into the app for about 2 weeks. It worked fine in my browser. I was typing in my password and username correctly. Now, when I try to deposit a check via mobile deposit and it crashes everytime. I have reinstalled the app several times in attempts to fix the issue. There are online forums with complaints about the same issues I am having with this app.

This is the second time this month that I have had to borrow a friend's iPhone to use the app to deposit my paycheck, because there's a bug or something with the Android app and they have not been able to fix it. I am shopping around for a new bank and plan on closing my account as soon as possible. Cannot say enough to discourage potential users from this app. Even before the bug in the app, sometimes I've waited two hours or more just to deposit a check. Ridiculous.
