To use the Smith’s app, you'll need a Smith’s digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

I mostly use the app for couponing and placing online orders. Many times, the coupon listed won't load (even though I know it is sold at my specific store or other stores in the area). Also, many times, when placing an order online, when getting to the checkout step, there always seems to be some sort of random issue/error. This becomes quite frustrating when you want to order/ pick up ASAP...

Awful. An extremely frustrating user experience. Repeatedly resets the item quantity I've selected. Shows expired coupons that I can no longer select. Doesn't allow me to apply current coupons. Switches back and forth to show my cart as empty. I have the latest version/update available for the app. As far as quality of items the Smiths shoppers select, they are often expired or very close to expiration that they spoil within a day of purchase. I go inside to buy meat & produce items.

This app is incredibly clunky. Quantities are changed when you dont want them to be and the lag when trying to do anything is a huge waste of time. It takes me 1/3 of the time on a laptop as it does on this sad app. Truly the worst store app I have ever used. BADLY in need of an overhaul. Updates don't seem to help. Come on, Kroger. Do better.
