A bit annoying that it requires you to unlock your phone if you haven't in a while (when you want to pay). Also note that if you switch phones, then any cards you've added via a photo will not transfer. You'll have to re-add them to Wallet. Added plane tickets also don't seem to update when info has changed. These problems aside, it works well in general. It's a lot quicker and more responsive than using my bank's own app to pay. For public transport, you can disable the unlock requirement.

Quite a basic app, but works. Would be better if items could be re-organised as the user sees fit, including the ability to create headings/sections - I would not put train tickets in the same place as a store discount card in my physical wallet, so why do I have to do that in the app? I had a two part return ticket on it, and the return portion was somehow marked 'important' and stuck at the top of my list. I want the tickets in the order I would use them. Give us choices!

I loved the convenience of a digital wallet. However, after the last update, I have to go through four additional settings, then choose a card before I can make a purchase. I am getting a lot of side eyes and grumbles from other customers and the cashiers. The rating has dropped from 5 to 2; it is seemingly easier just to use my card unless I am in a long drive thru line.
