Ratings and reviews

I've been using it for years, but recently every time using mobile internet there is an error message "can't translate. check your connection and try again". I know mobile connection is sometimes unstable, but it still works after half a second, so this message is completely unnecessary and annoying for such a short duration, could you just make it look like the translation is loading?

I don't know what happened with the most recent update, but suddenly the app is glitchy and really difficult to use. I often go back and check translations saved in my history, but suddenly it saves every individual letter in a word or phrase as a separate translation. I now have to go and clear multiple useless translations from the history every time I check something. It also sometimes decides I must be done typing in the middle of words and doesn't let me complete what I'm trying to type.

Since a few updates ago there is no longer an option to use your finger to highlight the original text in pictures. Often the app incorrectly groups together Japanese characters, especially if there's two columns of text, & I can't get the app to highlight the correct group of characters & in the right order. Also, sometimes it doesn't recognize characters at all, and it would be nice to be able to write in/input the missing characters into the text being translated at the bottom of the screen.
