Ratings and reviews

Absolute garbage app. First it tells me I have an incorrect password, which I know is correct because it hasn't changed. Then when i try to use the password reset link, the notification doesn't bring me to the confirmation, it just resets the app to the initial screen. Straight garbage. Update: new update makes it constantly crash. It's 2024 get your software together Verizon.

I got a samsung galaxy s24 ultra a few months back and I am still learning features. I really like the phone but realized some of the technology must be beyond my scope of comprehension, this includes camera. Lucky for me, I like learning new things and I usually catch on quickly. There's instructions available on the app and YouTube, that will help but first things first. The app itself does what it was created to do, manage, shop, pay, transfer lines and chat when there's an issue. All in one

Very slow and buggy compared to the My Fios app they had this replace. I'd suggest Verizon hire some decent programmers. The latency of the app is measured in 10's of seconds, not milliseconds. The most used features are buried behind even more upsell ads. Complete garbage. And the online support usually does not work and directs you to call, so they can try to upsell you even more rubbish.
