To use the King Soopers app, you'll need a King Soopers digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

The app used to be really good but now the coupon section just doesn't work well at all. When you click on coupons it is very hard to see the coupons and clip them. In addition, sometimes when you scan an item in the store it says no item found even when it's a very common item that has a digital coupon. They just are making it harder to clip coupons and save money. Dislike. Fix your app so the coupons show up.

I despise that this app will occasionally log me out. I've also found that if I don't have the perfect cellular signal, the app barely works. So half the time I'm in the store, the app takes forever to do anything. A couple weeks ago, none of the coupon QR codes worked, saying the coupon was expired when the store just put the coupons up the night before. Update: the Kroger Team has responded and suggested uninstalling and then re-installing the app, which I have just done. I hope this fixes it

Confusing and frustrating, especially since recently updating. I find I basically have to stumble across how to do something that should be simple, like changing the location of the store I want to shop at. Now I can't get coupons to appear, even though the app is telling me there are 35 which meet my selected criteria. And stop cramming delivery and pickup options down my throat. In person shopping is still a thing, right?
