Response to developer: I already tried to reach out! Won't accept my payment! I've been having nothing but trouble from this service lately! I am looking into changing phone services! I tried to call to make a payment for this month and it was declined. Using the pay over the phone option also charges you $5 extra. At this point I feel like Cricket is just trying to cause people to have to reactivate their service which costs even more! It's a scam!

I've called cricket several times now, to correct their error with my automatic payments. every time I call, I get someone that's obviously in a foreign country, that barely speaks English, and I have to go through the process again and again, because they can't fix the issue. I have to enter everything again every month, for them to process the payment. I'm also stuck with cricket apps that I don't use, don't want, but can't uninstall!

Everytime I go on the app to pay my bill it never lets me on it says there's an error so instead I have to go online an log in to the website in order to avoid paying the extra $5 fee for calling app is not worth the hassle needs to be fixed. it's there for fast and convenient payment and account access and can't even do that with it.
