I do not like the requirement of opening an app just to block a call. AT&T had the perfect "app" before. All that was required was pressing "block" and the caller was blocked; all of two seconds. Now it's like opening a separate app. I do wish AT&T would go back to the original blocker or make ActiveArmor as easy to use. Thank you Brady B

Thanks for your feedback. You should not have to open the app each time just to block a call. The Call Routing Settings should handle blocking for you once you set them up. This app came with my device, and with no notification or setup, it began blocking calls from people I needed calls from for at least 2 years. AT&T couldn't even figure out that their own app was causing the problem. No one online could figure out the answer either. After going through the stupid setup of this app, I can finally receive my calls. Don't foce an app on users that blocks calls without even telling them. I mean come on.

Sorry to hear you had a poor experience. The app does not block calls until call blocking is setup under Call Routing setting. The network itself does block calls w/o the app if the numbers may have been reported as spam by others. 05-05-24 - Calls still being sent straight to voicemail. Spent two hours on the phone with tech support, and still no resolution. The app won't allow upload of contacts to the cloud, even though all permissions are granted. It just keeps giving an error code no matter how many times I try. Terrible app!!! I've lost so many important client calls. 04-14-24 - Calls are being sent straight to voicemail, even though the numbers are not blocked and have been in my contacts for years.

Thanks for your feedback. Make sure that ActiveArmor has permission to use your contacts. We ask for contacts permission when you first open the app. If you denied it by accident, please go to your OS settings for contacts and grant it permission. We are sorry you had some issues. Thank you, AT&T

What's new

A new feature was added called My Contacts that allows you to upload your contacts to the ActiveArmor cloud so that they will always ring through to you.  Plus bug fixes.
