The ABSA banking app is excellent. It makes it very easy to do payments to various vendors, buy airtime, etc from the comfort of your home. It is user friendly and a must have for every ABSA customer. If you don't have it on your smartphone, go to your nearest ABSA bank and have them set it up for you. It's guaranteed to make your life a lot more easier.

The mobile app currently does not show a separate “Uncleared transactions” section. All pending or uncleared items (like recent card purchases, debit orders in process, or EFT deposits not yet cleared) are either hidden until posted which can take days. In short: the mobile app shows only cleared transactions and the available balance. I would like to request that the “Uncleared Transactions” feature be added to the ABSA mobile banking app for Cheque and Credit Cards.

Please add the option to rename accounts in the app so one can easily differentiate between multiple savings accounts in the app. I have two accounts visible in the app and both are named " savings account". I noted with the latest update it now shows the name of the account (transact ect) as opposed to just the account number.
