The Online Insights Study mobile app is for an invite-only market research study. Invites are randomly sent to participants. Without an invite, you won’t be able to use the app. If you’re not a member of the study, you won’t be able to use the app.

It works well but I'm not getting paid out for any of my TVs, or any of my computers I'm getting the same amount every time when I used to get more that's kind of annoying. Don't know why that's happening. I'm being paid for one device when I have about 10 between Android devices and TVs, computers, laptops, MacBook, and you're only paying me for one. so I think I'll just remove the rest of them and keep one since that's the only one I'm being paid. it's only fair... fix and stars will go up.

Samsung Galaxy S21 does not automatically send cookies anymore.It used to work just fine. No settings changed. I've contacted support and on their end, it says I am automatically sending. Even says it on the main page, but every couple of weeks, I get a message saying haven't gotten cookies in 2 weeks. Very frustrating. 3 stars still, because this is an easy way to get a little side money.

Rewards definitely add up over time - I've redeemed about $175 in Amazon to date, with more credits still banked... The app works quietly in the background pretty well, tho even with auto-reporting enabled you may want to open it up and verify cookie submission as part of your weekly updates routine. Auto-submission doesn't seem to work while a VPN and/or ad-blocker is running, even if this app is exempted. So, if you're having problems with this app's services, pause your VPN, and try again. 😉
