Ratings and reviews

This app sucks. The purpose of the app is supposed to make it easier to manage devices and the home network. But most of what you see when opening the app is marketing. I've been looking for over 10 minutes to find where to configure my home network. Doing a search for it in the app just brings up links to setting up things not even related to setting up the home network. Scanning the QR code only brings up the app. It doesn't take users to the specific place in the app to configure it. Bad app.

Absolutely dreadful app. It's extremely slow to update your information. Navigating it is a nightmare. The tech support is absolutely useless. The issues are not fully the fault of the app but more of on the entire company interface. However, since it's all under the Verizon umbrella, it still deserves the negative review.

*Updated review (3stars in 2020) for Nov 2024: In the last 4 years I find the app has improved (it is not my learning curve,lol) but this could be because Verizon is offering the best deals since I bought my first cellphone in 2001. The app is only as good as the quality in which they execute their business model. I think they got better and credit is due.
