solid option in the city. normally cheaper than grab, taxi or other options. you can get to most near by places (less than 1 mile) for about 50 baht, ($2-4 depending on exchange rate) on a bike. cars suck because of traffic package pick up and drop off is nice as well difficult at airports. grab has a dedicated pick up spot if they had food delivery, it be awesome.

1. Drivers will accept and drop you several times looking for a fare that is €1 more. 2. Had two drivers tell me that if I paid €4 more, they would take me, if not, I needed to call for another. 3. The app changed my destination twice, so you have to pay very close attention to where the app decides it is going to have you go. 4. It definitely is less expensive than Uber, but difficult to get a dependable ride 5. BOLT customer service is of zero Assistance

Lately, the application regularily does not match the location on the map with the address correctly. For instance, twice during a week we were let out a few hundreds meters away from my son's school, enven though the address I entered was correct and accessible for a taxi. Another example, today the application sent the driver to a wrong bus stop. I was even charged late fee. Update: new bugs with every update, can't see the map now after the order is made until the driver arrives.
