Keeps crashing. Unacceptable! It says "An unexpected error occurred. Sorry for the inconvenience" This happens when I select the option to keep me logged in. Only if you have your passcode on your phone. Every time the app loses focus. You need to enter you userid and password into this app. To drive you nuts. Or force you to enter the password on the lock screen. I don't want to do either one.

This app is a total scam. It’s already taken $25 from my bank account three times totally 75 , but it never shows up in my balance. No refund, no credit. When I call customer service, they just say it’s "pending." It’s been pending for like three or four months now. I have no idea when they plan to give me my money back.

It was always a terrible user experience with frequent glitches. Now it just doesn't even work anymore at all, have to use the website, which is also a horrible user experience. I wish we could go back to throwing coins in the basket at the toll, I'd prefer stopping and throwing 26 quarters into the basket each way, than fighting with this nonsense.
