Have never been able to do a Bluetooth pairing with the home charger. My phone sees the charger and tries to pair, but the app just doesn't connect. I've tried every suggestion offered by the app and none of them solve the issue. I have used the charger manually for 12 months and it works fine. It's the app that is worthless to me. Phone is a Pixel 8 pro, running Android 16.

when the app says free2move Charge, it doesn't actually mean free to charge. It's misleading and only shows a map of charging stations in your surrounding area. Yes, some say free, but they are not, and u have to download the stations app and pay a certain or keep a certain amount on the app, add to that than be able to charge....this also gives actual homes to go to, to be able to plug in...not sure i like that... Yes, we are free 2 move but have to pay to charge

changed my car's information and refused to reimburse or fix the issue. only using this app because it was part of my credit deal for me vehicle. now I can use the credit anymore. lawsuit!
