Been a Verizon customer for over 19 years. When in DC area service was good ( always $$$) now I moved, calls drop with frequency, reception bad & price continues to climb while service lacks performance. I'm also pretty convinced they hood wink customers using ambiguous rules & regulations in their "deals" and txt specials. Travel pass was used at $10/day (fair deal - until you get your bill) where they add on extra minutes and travel connection costs. I'm switching services soon. I'm done.

This app is terrible. Half the time it says service unavailable. It tells me when it does work every time my password is incorrect,when I know it is correct. I should not have to create a new password every time I try to open this app. A year later and Verizon still has. Not fixed the log in issue. I just entered my security question and it says it's not correct. Verizon app sucks. I uninstalled and reinstalled and its still the same.

Device use/service has been great for the most part. I have an SG22, an Ipad and a SG watch. My Galaxy watch stopped working over a month ago. Purchased in 2020. Have insurance. After a week of trying to get a person on the phone without waiting almost 30 minutes, I decided to take the watch to a nearby Verizon Store. Unfortunately, I lost the watch en route. Got thru 2 a rep on 2 separate occasions. Both were extremely pleasant. But i was on the phone nearly 45 minutes to an hour each time.
