One list for all your discoveries
Add interesting shows and movies to your Watchlist to keep track of your new discoveries and view them later. The Watchlist is shared between all your devices, so you can even add to your Watchlist from your TV or phone and laptop through Search on any browser.
Use your phone as your remote
With a remote built right into the app, you can find something great to watch even when the couch has eaten your remote. And you can use your phone’s keyboard to quickly type complicated passwords, movie names or search terms on your Google TV or other Android TV OS device.

I have been using this service for a while, and have spent a great deal of money for films and show I love. But now that the app switched over, I can't watch any of my movies on mobile devices. Fix this, please!!! After several months, I still have not seen a fix for this. The movies I attempt to watch just keep doing almost a buffer, then tell me to restart my phone. I have cleared the cache multiple times and verified that the app was to date as far as updates.

As a remote, this app is getting worse and worse. Even when manages to show the remote option, you need to close it as soon as you've selected a show. If you don't, every time your phone wakes up, it sends a signal to the tv to change sources or pause whatever is playing. With Amazon Prime Video on an Android TV, this app causes whatever is playing to freeze and trigger an error. It doesn't happen with the physical remote. Most recently, I can't even get the remote to show up.

I've been using GTV for years and never had too many problems except for this last 6 months and worse in its current version. Whatever you've done, go back to the old version. It was so much better. Right now, I can not watch any of my bought content on my android device. Series and episodes are either wrong or simply not showing up in the menus. And clearing the data or reinstalling the app does not help.
