Used to be great, then from one day to the other stopped working because "my device is not compatible with this version". Tried everything that you can find online, nothing worked. after uninstalling, if I go on the google app store it doesn't even come up if I search for it. I can only find it through a link that somebody else sent me. Called their tech service number and they said to wait a couple of days and retry but apparently they don't even know what's going on. Such a shame.

Does not work on mobile device. What is the point of having the app when it just sends you to an internet browser when you choose the login with username and password option (the only option it gives you). Always get a "something isn't quite right" error message after putting in login credentials. When accessing directly from the internet instead, it sends you right back to the app which in turn sends you back to internet with same error message. Uninstalling, reinstalling doesn't fix it.

ADP Run makes it very easy to run our payroll from anywhere at any time. So, scratch this review because despite the fact I've been doing payroll through my phone for years, I'm now getting an error message that the app isn't compatible with my device which is very upsetting. It won't even let me open it through my browser.
