The new experience lacks a lot. When shopping for a new device, I can't see all of them and compare prices and styles easily. Now I have to click each individual phone to see cost and then when I scroll back, I have to start all over again with my search parameters. Not user friendly at all. Overall difficult to find what you're looking for on this app. Lots of room improvement.

App is faulty, att having system issues even for employees. gave me a lot of trouble trying to do something as simple as connect both my att services to the same login. still only showed them in the website login, the app only shows one of my accounts. can't manage my Internet. can't add my partner as an authorized user for 30 days, quoted as security reasons. my trade in offer isn't showing in my account, so even after spending over 2 hours trying to resolve BASIC issues I've got to call back.

I cannot locate my accounts to look at them. The bill I received in the mail is incorrect as it does not include my wireless service. There have been problems with my bill for the last couple of months, and when I call in to make a payment throughout the IVR it has not been giving me the correct amount to pay. I've spoken with a rep before and he couldn't figure it out. It appears 2 separate departments are handling the home and wireless separately & no communication. MORONS!!
