The new experience lacks a lot. When shopping for a new device, I can't see all of them and compare prices and styles easily. Now I have to click each individual phone to see cost and then when I scroll back, I have to start all over again with my search parameters. Not user friendly at all. Overall difficult to find what you're looking for on this app. Lots of room improvement.

This app has yet to actually work. How awesome. It's been a week & this still doesn't work. Update, 4th billing cycle & the app still does actually get the payment info into the system. the payment goes into fiber, and shuts my phone off. If you're thinking about getting an At&t account, understand this is a HUGE issue. Your billing will be individual for each service... that means you will get billed for phone, and for each additional service SEPARATELY, on different dates.

It used to be a good app. I went into it last night after a long time to upgrade my phone, I've been with them at least 22+ years. I could not log in, ny pw didn't work, kept saying I tried too many times or it ligged out, wasn't sure which message was which. after trying to reset my password multiple times, getting errors every time I gave up. This am, more of the same. Someone needs to fix this & get me into my account, or I'm going elsewhere.
