I hate this app so much. it logs me out every time I go off the app even for a second, and there's no auto sign in option that I can find. So I have to put in my password, then do 2FA every single time. I've lost my chats with customer service multiple times because of this. The app is also slow as all get out, and confusingly laid out. Figure it out ATT, you're a huge company.

Impossible to log in even after resetting my password 7x over it keeps saying wrong password. I used to be able to pay my bill without logging in. but now I can't even do that. when I get to the screen to confirm the order, it says "null" and won't let me do it. but if I want to call and make a payment it's an extra $5. so I either have to go to an AT&t store, which is not convenient, or go to a convenience store in just buy a prepaid card? so why have an app? and good luck trying to get a perso

It is so bad I wish they put negative stars as an option. trying to use the app for what it was designed for is a nightmare. doing something as simple as paying my bill shouldn't be difficult. Adding add-ons has been impossible w/o contacting customer support. then when you do they can't figure out what time the damn call center is open. I literally deleted every payment method except one on the app and it still won't pick the only payment option that I have on there! What an unfunny joke 😒
