The new experience lacks a lot. When shopping for a new device, I can't see all of them and compare prices and styles easily. Now I have to click each individual phone to see cost and then when I scroll back, I have to start all over again with my search parameters. Not user friendly at all. Overall difficult to find what you're looking for on this app. Lots of room improvement.

app is impossible with stupid pop-ups you can't close, I wanted to purchase 3 items, phone, watch and earbuds but the app is impossible to navigate unless you "order now". You can't navigate back without going to main account page and starting over. App is useless except to review your bill. AT&T is getting closer & closer to losing my business after 10 years. App is junk for purchases.

This is towards AT&T in general - Terrible company. they say they award $10 off for setting up autopay but in reality they boast the $10 off price like it's gospel despite being unsuccessful in processing the autopay so you have to pay the full price of the plan anyway. Then, get this, they HANG UP on you when you try to correct whatever might be the problem with processing the payment, giving them the benefit of the doubt, after waiting almost an hour on hold.
