App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Not sure what all the whining is about, the app seems to work just fine with my Nest thermostats and sensors. transferring my existing devices and adding a new thermostat was simple. I did prefer the full-week schedule display on the Nest app, but I guess they're killing that app off along with the 1st & 2nd gen. thermostats. That's pretty lame, they worked fine and these things are damn expensive.

Extremely dissatisfied with my Google Home experience. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips to try to make it work like its supposed to and nothing helps. Latest problem is that immediately after relinking a device, it shows that device as offline, which makes no sense at all and I can't get it to go back online. WiFi is strong, app is up to date, brand new display device that was fully set up, resets performed, WiFi reset performed. I'm at wits end with this garbage. It's unusable now.
