Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

I can never connect a device in one go. There's always an issue in some connection step. Any troubleshooting is a pain to go through and not easy to follow. I dread everytime I have to open the app to connect a new device. You should also be able to ignore devices found if they aren't yours. I shouldn't have to skip over the device a neighbor has over and over to just try to find the one I'm trying to set up.

Nothing is easy. It may be easy for Google or ADT, but it isn't easy to use or understand. cant get devices to connect have to restart brand new devices to get them to connect. All the bugs should be worked out by now but they aren't. I dont know who may be better. I also have Swann security and it works good but not great. they are pretty equal on products and their quality. However Google nest is alot more expensive.
