I swear I used to be able to control the app from more than one phone. Now only one person can connect to it at a time. This is beyond ridiculous. Now instead of my partner and I both being able to adjust the temperature if we're uncomfortable, one person is always waking up the other. Please fix this. If my furnace was compatible with literally any other smart thermostat, I would've changed it over already. I am low key considering buying a whole new furnace just because of this thermostat.

At the moment you have a blocker on account setup on the mobile app, which didn't leave a good first impression. Verification codes sent by email aren't accepted in the mobile app. Signing up on web weirdly didn't have me verify my email, but now I'm in. The app itself seems to work nicely so far. If I wished anything of this app and service, it would be integration with Google Home for simple things like changing modes and setting temperature. If it is possible I can't figure out how.

Update 2/13/25, app stopped working again, says no device has been added. I cannot manually add it. App or Carrier says information is wrong. Worked great prior to this morning doesn't work. I guess since I have an older thermostat it doesn't work with the new app. Entered the information, Carrier says it's wrong. I've called the dealership and emailed you, it doesn't work. No reply from you.
