This apps when I first installed it, I seemed to work at the time. But now, the Push button, when I look into the connection it seems to right itself, then disconnects when i close it. Like someone is moving it voluntary. This is in the WIFI connection. The Push button is disconnected and is not given the true scan of what happens because the push button is not activated all the time. Just when you looked it there.

Most of the services in app won't work. Unexpected problem try again later is all it says. I clicked on chat with security advisor within the app to try getting the issues fixed. While chatting, the advisor says he's sending me a link and to click on it so he could get full and complete access to my screen but the link came from a cellphone number. Long story short, I informed him I didn't trust the link & wasn't clicking it. He continued to press the issue. I finally had to close chat.

I only upgraded digital secure for another five dollars a month so I could have a VPN probably a year ago. The VPN has never worked, I've been to two different Verizon stores and that didn't do anything at all, kind of thinking maybe there's a better VPN out there that actually works. Update on 6/30/24, still nothing months later, I click on the app and just get a blank screen. Seems like everything Verizon these days are just not worth it anymore.
