Horrible. Customer service says one thing and then says another. Nothing ever adds up either. It's been a wild goose chase ever since I had my Total Select card. Never again. They closed my account after paying $165 after enduring financial hardship. They tell their customers "we're working for you" which is a bunch of horsecrap and enough to sound professional at the time.

I changed my address and updated it by calling customer service and requested a replacement card. I had the account paid off like I always do on payday. they forgot to inform me that I needed to send proof of new address. received a letter stating my account was closed. called customer service and tried getting it sorted, they refuse to fix the issue and will not reopen my account. I'm so angry right now that I'm being punished for THEIR mistake! I paid the card off EVERY MONTH! BEWARE!!!

App keeps freezing when trying to make a payment. I guess it's on purpose to try and gather late payments. I've submitted a payment 4x and freezes and is unsubmitted every time. Biometrics doesn't work. There is no way to contact them through the app like any standard bank. Also if you have Discover, this "bank" does not disclose that they do NOT take Discover until after. I triple read the contract and did a search in the contract and they neglect to mention it until the bill is due.
