2. Scan the QR code or enter the ID to unlock it;

4. Park safely at your destination;

while the pricing is currently cheaper than other ride share apps due to their constant discount promo to attract a customer base...the wait for a ride is often longer than 10 mins. this is not ideal at all. I'd rather pay a few dollars more to be quickly assigned a driver, with minimal wait and arriving punctual. it doesn't matter I I order 30-40 mins in advance to be "early" smh. ridiculous. Will revisit the app when there is more driver and shorter wait times.

the app is sometimes a hit or miss. of course it's all dependant on the driver, but my one major complaint is that even if you put in your address accurately, on the map for both you and the driver it'll show the pickup location is in a completely different area and it's frustrating for both sides. with time I know the app will improve but right now there's some tweaking that could be done

Very disappointed with the Hopp app. Today was my first day of shift, and the driver dropped me at the wrong location. It wasn’t the driver’s fault—the app map showed two different locations for the same address. This kind of error can cause serious problems, especially when people are depending on the app for work or important appointments. Needs urgent improvement!
