Ratings and reviews

I got the notice that my T mobile home Internet app would stop working, and that I should use this one. I can't manage any of the devices connected to the router on this. They are connected and they work, but they are invisible in the app. It says "no devices connected". I need to be able to set schedules, so have to uninstall this one and hope I can go back to the old one. The is basically just an acct management and marketing app. I tried TM support on X and they couldn't figure it out.

Customers are being rerouted to this app and it's not ready. Many of the links open in browsers in the app. There are constant ads to upgrade devices within device and account settings pages. I can no longer manually set separate wifi bands, important if you game or use smart devices, which will not locate or connect to mixed band wifi signals. Many links just lead you in circles. I have no desire to use this app anymore than I have to and when my smart lights stop working, I'll move on.

When T-Mobile Tuesdays first started, it was great. As things changed, CEOs changed etc, it slowly declined and got worse and worse. Now, it because t-life and the offers are absolutely terrible. It's a pointless app full of marketing advertisement for magazines, websites, and travel. No real discounts or fun free giveaways like they used to have. I don't know why I even bother opening up the app anymore. Such a disappointment.

T Life just keeps getting better! All the features of the SyncUP KIDS Watch app are now integrated into T Life. We’ve also added the SyncUP TRACKER to the map in the Connect tab, and more features for managing your T-Mobile account.
