Quite a poorly designed app, even simple thing as forgot password doesn't work at all, you will not receive the temporary ID and password and you must call the customer service just to get it. Since 2024 it's been like that and I'm using the latest android version so it's impossible that it's my phone that's the issue, it's your application itself. Appreciate if the team could expedite the fix, quite a nuisance for customers.

Been using this apps for years. And all other stuff are working good from my Samsung g ultra 23. But the apps is behind in all means, no personal qr, qr payment screen randering is off. Missing digits on my side for the last row include undo and 0. This shouldn't be happening to international banking brand. I advice you guys to improve or slowly get kick out from one of the best bank.

Developer thinks customers are entitled have their time wasted. I have reached out multiple times for just a mere SC mobile key. I have already provided my IC,Account number, Date of birth info that should suffice up till she requires my last transaction info. Then the operator aborted my phone call... I can't access my account how do you expect me to get that information and your operators can clearly see my info! This app control it's customers. I'm deleting my account.
