Ratings and reviews

Genuinely impressed with this app and AMEX as a whole. Intuitive layout and functionality of the app, including deals that you can save to the card. I'm particularly happy with the PAYID option to pay your bill, enables me to use the card as a "debit card" and hoard points. Customer service is on point when needed and as we travel a fair bit having the Explorer card more than justifies the annual fee via the travel credit and family travel insurance when you pay for return travel with the card.

The app used tonwork, now I can't book flights. Enter flight details, press go, and I'm taken to a page to book hotels. I go back to the page to book flights, and all the details I entered are still there. And here begins the infinite loop. And I still have a tonne of points I can't cash in.

glitch on the app, cannot do any booking neither on flights nor hotels. it's been a while that booking is not working, I enter all the items on cities and dates and no result is shown, only going back to booking hotels page for both flights and hotels. I uninstaller and reinstated but that did not fix the issue
