If you miss a payment, they don't let you use credit cards, and instead make you add your bank account, account number, and routing number. Forced to do something I'm very uncomfortable with but what choice do I have. Feels wrong. Also the UX and UI is not intuitive and they make it a whole side quest to find the payment method options.

I wouldn't be with them if we had any other immediate option. Continously raising prices without offering any additional benefits for the outlandish increase. Most recent increase was another 25 dollars for the exact same service I already had. I'll be switching to Starlink in the near future. Better service and speed for the same price.

Our Cox TV service pauses often, which is unacceptable for the amount of money we pay. The rewind feature only goes back 10 minutes, which is annoying and much shorter than the 1 hour they previously offered. When our service pauses, sometimes we are watching a reminded segment & it jumps to live, and we miss the segment we wanted to watch. It seems we are paying way too much for the degraded service offered by Cox and we are looking into alternatives because it's just not worth the high price.
