I am not able to use this Android app because the app cannot be moved to secondary storage. I don't have enough space left on my primary storage, so I must move installed apps to my SD card. I understand that you must first install the app to primary storage in Android. That's fine. However, most developers have enabled their apps to allow users to move the app to the SD Card from app storage settings. This app does not allow the user to move it to the SD card. Sadly, I have to uninstall this app since I don't have enough space on my primary storage to keep it. I've heard that some developers prevent their apps from running on SD Cards because the app may run slower. My opinion is: Let the user decide. As it stands, I can't use this app at all because I don't have enough space to keep it installed on my primary storage.
It is very "refreshing" for lack of a better word! This app enlightens you of all the issues you scrambled around looking on your phone for, ever! They hand it to you in one simple press of an icon! Both with beautiful photos, just what you wanted music updates of your favorite singer or band & the SPORTS that YOU want news of! I love it!! Also keeps you informed on the latest, need to know, news! Easily earns 5 stars!
All I want is to read my magazine sub, which you seem bent on de-emphasizing. Do not want or need or ask for your garbage news feed. App used to just let me do just what I want. Had to manually delete all your stupid topics and disable obnoxious "news" alerts and the magazine feature still seems like an afterthought. Magazines to me are like ebooks. I choose them, and I should see only those in my "library" and not the rest of this junk. Hate the new direction of this app and your books app.
Tons of notifications all day, but if you want to read an article you get a completely different one linked. It further eats resources as if there was no tomorrow. I swear these types of apps are the end of smartphones. I rather stay uninformed and check one of the print media on a daily basis. Deinstalling.
Pays no attention at all to my "recommend fewer stories like this" feedback. Can't stand AFL & NRL football and am constantly telling it not to recommend those stories, and I am constantly recommended those stories. After dozens of times it's irritating and stupid. If you can't figure it out then just remove the bloody option.
Takes an unreasonable amount of time to load pictures and articles, even on a 5G WIFI connection. App keeps crashing when it wants. I keep getting sports news, and news from places that are no where near me, such as Asia. "Recommend fewer stories like this" option seems to be more decorative that helpful.
