Used to work fine but now I have a new phone, Android 14, it keeps saying I'm trying to pay with too many cards at the same time. This is usually when I'm using transport. I then have to use my physical card and I get charged the maximum for incomplete journeys. I've tried restarting, deleting, readding but still get this error. Also, the support email listed does not work!

Don't know what has happened to this app in the past couple of months, but every time I try and pay with contactless, it scans then fails and says verify, even though I've already verified it's me through a fingerprint scan or face scan. This leads to scanning again but that sometimes doesn't work, or the machine scanner messes up and sometimes they have to put in the price on the scanners again.. never used to do this, so the update causing this needs reverting.

Unable to change default card any more, not good for changing the default card to pay with. Have submitted feedback via the app. Not good for people who travel a lot and need to change from travel tap cards to another card when home. Thanks for the reply, sadly this doesn't work - which is what the issue is. When you select a different card and then click on it before even getting the options, it just hangs with a spinning wheel. I have deleted all the caches and reset the app. Still broke.
