Ratings and reviews

The experience is decent, but not consistent enough across devices. The style for "unread messages" is bolder on desktop than on Android. The thicker/bolder text is my preference so I don't miss unread messages. The thinner font makes it too easy for my eyes to skip over unread messages. (Ok, the app update on 07/16/2025 seemed to resolve this issue).

i can search for an email and see i received it this morning. but when I go to all in-boxes or primary or literally. any. other. inbox. options.i cannot find the email. it says my most recent email is from March!!! incredibly frustrating. if I could rate 0 stars I would. imagine having done this already and getting a reply to do it again and have links you can't even click.

After how many years, still can't delete a single messages in a conversation; Now using AI for search results and can no longer get exact seaeches. For example, a search for Tripadvisor gives me anything with the word review in it. WHY? If I wanted reviews, I would search for the word reviews. And now searches aren't even hitting partial words making the function pointless, so review, yes, reviewsite, no. No ability to permanently move items out of categories either. *3 because it's functional.
