I've had this card and app for over ten years, and I've never had an issue. But since I had to upgrade to the new app its been a horrible experience. The older app worked just fine. The new app won't allow.me to log in, it just says error or try again. I'm unable to access my money. I called customer service to see if they could transfer the money over the phone from the vault to my available now. They weren't able to transfer my money, agent just told me to keep trying. SO frustrated

I have encountered difficulty logging into the app at least a dozen times since I downloaded the new app. I enter my password, and the screen gets stuck indefinitely on loading. Then, after 2 or 3 minutes of the loading screen, it says that I can't log in at this time. I NEVER had this problem with the old app. All I wanted to do was check my balance. It's not that complicated. Your app makes it complicated! UPDATE: their reply is of no help. My phone (Android 13) isn't the issue.

absolute GARBAGE! the old app was WAY better. I was forced to download this crAPP. this one won't even let you log in half the time, and it's constantly glitching. it's difficult to find your cashback info, and good luck finding out how many months you have left before you can redeem it, because I still haven't figured that one out. I would give this app negative stars if I could.
