App is too slow. Wanted my balance but 10 min lapse several time and from that page,, you can't do anything but start over. so I just decided to do Quickpay. Lmfao, the only way my Android can access is to choose menu, pay bill, choose Quickpay, put my phone number, have to put all pymnt info, hit amount, hit enter. My definition of Quick would be 1 Quickpay, 2 phone # 3 hit pay... I'm using the same phone number to pay said phone number and you don't have my info sync in? and done.

I could not get into my account 4 months. I spent a lot of time with the help desk. They finally told me I needed a new phone. I kept working on my phone myself and remembered my VPN caused issues on my laptop. I turned that off and was able 2 finally get in. That should have been the first thing the tech asked like the PC techs do. It would have saved a lot of time. I also get poor reception. My calls get dropped a lot, as well as people cannot hear me, so I have to hang up and call again.

Great service. However ever since they updated over a year ago I have not been able to use any of my debit cards. Having to travel to town to get a service cars to be able to pay. Last month I was able to use Google Pay. I was so happy. Now it's not letting me. I've contacted Customer service and Tech support numerous times and yes even the Bank tried helping. (RESOLVED) GOOGLE PAY FINALLY WORKS ON APP. YA! NOT on the website.
