Very good quality product. It is dependable and the battery holds up very well in all weather conditions. The hardware is good and the app is certainly one of the better ones out there. The AI seems to work well and identifies the difference between animals, people, and vehicles better than other wired brands I have heard of. The reasons I gave four stars instead of 5 really have nothing to do with the hardware. Eufy is becoming very pricey and it's starting to be cost inhibitive.

Horrible interface with the homebase. Always says it's offline or unable to display. Have to refresh multiple times to get live feed or recorded video to come up. It's pretty good to send a notification that something has been detected, but by the time you get that app to pull up the feed, whatever it was is long gone. Love the cameras but hate that I can never get the video to display without spending 10 minutes retrying.

Needs help, but better than Arlo! Dark mode would be much appreciated. The most bugs I experienced happened during the install & update period, but those should be far and few to deal with. During the update it would not stop stating that it's updating even after the update was complete. The instructions were convoluted, incomplete, or just plain incorrect (ie dual cam). My biggest complaint otherwise is that when I get a notification and click on it, the video plays for 2 seconds & then stops.
