I have had a better experience than most have with this app up until a few days ago. I am missing calls like crazy and the app will no longer connect to my bluetooth headset. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4x and nothing has changed. Customers are starting to get really upset and I am unable to dispatch our workers from the office phone line.
Prior version was passable. This update has horrible choppy audio. Was so slow to dial pad input, it kept timing out when trying to access voicemail. Come on Verizon! You are supposed to be a technology company!
I like the idea of being able to get my company's calls on my cell phone when away from office and in the field, however the execution of this app is simply terrible. I hate having to keep this app on my phone. It drains my battery life because even when I'm on 'do not disturb' mode, my phone screen lights up and unlocks when the company gets a call. When this happens when my phone is in my pocket I will almost always pocket dial someone. So embarrassing. Complete waste of space on my phone! I really just wish when I went in to 'do not disturb' mode I wouldn't be disturbed.
The app was working fine for our business up until the update a few days ago. Now I have countless dropped call, calls won't go through and when someone answers, I can't hear them half the time. Not to mention the app crashes several times during the day. It's definitely hurting business and us as far as professionalism. Please fix this app asap!!!
This app keeps dropping calls and I've missed so many calls. I've kept the app open and everything. We are a business and need to make sure our p phones are working. I'm not sure what else to do about this app besides uninstall it and go somewhere else!
Dumbest app I've ever seen. Good luck trying to save a picture sent to you- it simply doesn't have that functionality. I'm trying to text someone and it doesn't even show me the whole number I'm texting. It collapsed the entry and doesn't let me even see if I'm texting the right number. Try to get customer service through Verizon who sold the service? They have no idea which devices you have are running one talk, and can't troubleshoot why missed incoming calls don't reach voicemail. They say it's another company's app (but you can't talk to the one talk company) I'm only a customer because of monopoly. If there was another choice I'd gladly not use this stupid app. Btw, ZERO improvements have been made to this app since I started using. It's drawbacks are permanent. Nobody cares.
