you guys need to fix the bug immediately I have had this app for years never had a problem until the last week or so. your customer service is not helpful so don't say contact customer service because they're not fixing this issue they don't understand this issue. all of a sudden now when you go to the app it's asking you to select a way to receive a verification code it asks you if you want to recve it to your email or your phone number and neither option works. HORRIBLE...FIX NOW

When I log in it says to select a way to receive a verification code. No matter if I pick send to email, or send to phone, these amateurs never send the code. Are they that incompetent? My payment is due in a few days. Looks like they want you to be late, so they can tack on late charges. What an amateur company First access is! They deserve a minus 10 rating if anything!

Trash Credit card. I have had this card for well over 5 years I have never been late keep a low balance and I have only received 1 credit line increase. I have tried to register online but consistently get an error message stating " wrong configuration " I try and call only to sit on the line and nobody answers. This is definitely a company that needs to be investigated for fraud, they will tack on late fees even though the payment is on time. They need to be thrown in a woodchipper
