Menus are impossible. Finding where you actually need to end up has always been and always will be Xfinity's number one issue. The customer service is absolutely trash until you actually talk to someone. It's the 21st century, stuff like the App, should work seamlessly. There's an outage in my area, when I click on "view outage details", it just resets to the homepage. Very convenient. 0/10

This new app is completely unusable. Sends me into an endless 2 step verification loop that just reroutes back to the sign-in screen every time. Yes, it's updated. Complete trash. Update: Can't sign in on the website on any browser either. Enter code from two-step verification, & it reroutes to login screen every time. Comcast is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to have an account with. No option to switch.
