They try to do everything under one app! One would assume that was awesome, if it worked, but it doesn't. If you want to reset your modem or contact customer care, it's great; if you want to access your security cameras or the stored footage, you might as well draw a picture of what you think your cameras are doing in crayon and tape it to your phone! This function is useless! It freezes every time you try to access stored footage or switch between cameras or just even open it. Total garbage!

Would be nice if the app functioned. It's loading times are horrendous wifi and cellular network. Refuses to display any relevant information. Such as billing. Chanel line up. Emails. System malfunctions. I basically have to use the browser site which is half as bad. Still terrible. Some improvements maybe? I've had this service for 3-4 years. Nothing has changed in that time?

"We're always improving", i don't think so. One would like to think they do. The last update appears to make the app an internet shortcut to Xfinity online. Simple items like restarting your router are now buried in several menus instead of being on the main page. I'm in IT, so I am used to change. These types of changes are not welcoming. Please review your changes to see if they actually make sense.
