This app used to work. It was helpful in finding wifi while traveling. But since the last update, it is useless. It's redirecting me to log in to my browser only to return to app redirecting me to browser. If Comcast didn't have a monopoly over internet service in my area, I would never deal with them. Too expensive, tiered system that caps your speed unless you pay. They know this and don't have any incentive to care.

Every update UI and app getting worse and worse. None bugs fixed, Horrible design, limited functionality - one of them no way to temporarily turn on Wi-Fi. When Wi-Fi is turned off per schedule It does not show it on the user profile, it need to turn off manually and then turn on, and then wake devices. Currently, I see only 1 positive feature, access to settings away from the local network.

The app used to be a lot better a lot of internet management functions are quirky. The activity tracker on devices is weird or incomplete. The true status of a device (paused, or not) is usually false. I have times blocked out for my kids and they are actually blocked as per the schedule. But if I want to turn their device on during downtime it will not show as paused. So I have to "pause" a device and then wake the device . . .and typically, I have to wake the device again.
