Nothing happens when I tap sign in. I was hoping for some kind of response. All I want to do is read a secure message. If I can't do that, the app is worthless to me. I have now used the app to request travel reimbursement. It worked well from my phone even though I had to submit verification three times before it moved on. Still, it was easier than previous processes. Now I'll just have to see how long it takes for the deposit.

The app works well, a little confusing at first, but relatively easy to use once you've been on it a few times, HOWEVER, please, put more info in the appointments section. Tell us what the appointments are for. Letters get lost, sometimes it's an appointment that may need to be rescheduled if it's not extremely important. Sometimes it's an important one or we may need a driver. Putt what clinic the appointment is for. It's missing in just about every single appointment I have scheduled

so, I've been using the app for the longest time. when it first came out the app was useless. barely usable. would freeze. information was not in the correct menu stack. fast forward years to the latest update they have fixed a ton. the app is not only intuitive but it doesn't freeze. now the only thing that is still very annoying is when you go into an appointment, to view the clinic name, it just says "Northport VA medical center" instead of the actual name of the clinic. for example "chiro"
