Unusable. Often can't get past the ad screens. For the developers, the point of having ad-supported apps is to earn money from advertisers. Users must, however (and this is really important) be able to dismiss the ads at some point and actually use the program. Otherwise, users will uninstall your app. Fewer people will watch you ads. And you make less money. Plus, if you make the ad-supported easy to use AND your app is amazing, I'm more likely to buy it.

this is not a good app anymore. if you want to open it, it forces you to watch an ad; just about every workout is paid and you can't watch freely. and the workouts it boasts are not very diverse. don't waste your time on this and just use something else. this will get you nothing and nowhere but annoyed

Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience. Since the app is free to use, we include commercials to support team operations. They can usually be closed quickly. We will continue to balance team operations with user experience. We are also expanding our exercise library to better meet the needs of more users. Hope you will give us a chance to improve.

It wasn't the best. -First off, it has a billion adds. It showcases different exercises for you to do, then makes you watch a 30 second add to use them. It also shows you adds EVERYWHERE ELSE. If you're doing an exercise and you need to watch a instructional video, add. After you finish, add. When you're done exercising, add. They're just everywhere. -Second, it wasn't really what I was looking for. "Morning warmup" is about half exercises, not stretches. If you want to do only stretch, add.
