Complete wreck, the simplest tasks are all complicated. Loading screens/spinners as it pulls data is a theme. But some screens don't have a loading spinner, so impossible to know if it's frozen or loading. The back button is non functional in most parts of the app, giving mixed results. In "find care" tap a result and it is impossible to get back to search results, back button (or gesture) just takes you home. No concise place to view deductible balances. Biometrics settings reset frequently.

I miss the old dashboard. I can't even see my deductible status anymore because the page won't load. It's blank. I appreciate the email address i was given to get support, but they think my problem is the website, which works fine. I don't think emailing support will fix this. Please test with Android users, read all the reviews about issues, and fix the app. Please.

The app is painfully slow. It takes up to 5 minutes for some information to load. The main page apparently has a coding error. If you click on Spending Account it will load the "Find A Provider" page. If you return to the home screen and scroll down first then select Spending Accounts again, it will load... but again it is painfully slow. Users shouldn't have to wait up to five minutes to see results.
