I am not able to receive calls on my phone. Unable to make this clear to AI assistant in the app. Am not in Airplane Mode. This is so frustrating. Update: I called the Xfinity Helpline back and went through all options until I was put in Que for Customer Service. The agent was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly helped me fix the problem. She even called me back when our call was disconnected during the reset process which corrected the problem, to make sure the issue was resolved.

Hands down one of the worst apps in existence. The navigation is buggy at best, completely nonfunctioning at worst. And because everything is managed through an AI assistant that can't even understand when you select the only prompt it gave you, every interaction with it immediately makes your blood boil. But the website is no better! I've completely given up hope on this app ever being helpful, not it would be nice if following basic navigation steps didn't constantly return errors.

It doesn't matter if it is their desktop site or mobile app, it's the most unoptimized UI. From constant crashes and freezes to infinite re-logins. I hate that you guys have a monopoly in this business and do everything as cheaply as possible. So if the company can't fix itself I don't expect this app to work anytime soon. Update 10/8/24: The app is still complete garbage. The only way I can pay my bills is through my PC.
