Ever since they changed to the new style of meet calls, I can't make outgoing calls, but incoming calls work fine. I can clear app data and cache and get the old one back for one call and that still works. Whatever they did to meet, it's not working for me. A video calling app that doesn't make calls is pretty useless. Edit: the supplied help article isn't relevant to my issue, and I've been trying to get help from the help and feedback forum, they've tried to help but not working yet.

I can only call people. When they try to call me, it never rings. Worked on my old Note 20, doesn't work on the two Note 20's I have had afterwards. Checked all the settings, they are the exact same. Disabled, force stopped, restarted, cleared cache and cookies, signed out...all of it. Still doesn't work, or works once or twice, and goes back to not working.

Dislike everything about this app now and questioning it's existence on my phone. Not personable AT ALL anymore. Very dull and useless to me now and just takes up space. As someone else commented, I used this app to communicate with family and friends, NOT COWORKERS. We have enough work apps for that. Definitely missing the cute backgrounds/filters, playful stickers, and ability to draw within a call or send through a message if not in a call. This, is just dumb and not needed Google. Not it.
