The only reason for the 2nd star is that this app works well, SOMETIMES. I've had 2 cameras and the corresponding app for 2 years now. I'm always running into issues with playing back video. The video can not be decrypted for playback. Defeats the entire purpose of me paying for the monthly subscription for cloud storage if I can't access the videos. Support is very little help as well. They need to address these issues expeditiously!

My T8200 doorbell keeps going offline for no apparent reason and I've done all the troubleshooting and rebooting of modem and router. And yes, the firmware is up to date. Tech Support wants me to film what I'm doing to get the app working!! Are they serious?? It's the only Wi-Fi attached device that I'm having problems with. Based on others' reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one having this problem. By the way, my Eufy indoor camera works fine and and doesn't have these type of problems.

As a retired security professional, I experienced some of the problems described. I usually figure out how to resolve them. Adding range extenders to weak areas, waiting 24hrs for units to come back on line after power failure, etc. I installed 5 floodlight pros, 2 wall units, 2 door bell cameras, 2 homebase, and a homebase 2, at 2 locations. Compared to high-end security systems, Eufy provides capabilities only found in the most advanced systems for many thousands of dollars. Still a good deal
