I've been trying to change my tv plan for weeks but this site is horrible. It buffers constantly, then when it finally loads, it's the wrong thing and I have to start all over. Super frustrating and not user friendly. I was told by a tech that it's easy to change my tv plan but it's the exact opposite. Very irritating. Now I have to call! Ridiculous!

THE WORST APP IN EXISTENCE. Sometimes, I can't pay or check my bill. And when I can, it takes longer than dial-up to load the information on the screen. Also, the coverage is terrible compared to Verizon and T-Mobile... T-MOBILE, that's saying something. I hope to God someone else takes oversight of this app and fixes everything wrong with it.

Runs slow and delayed transmission. Too wordy and the esthetics are out dated. Needs a smoother more user friendly layout. Besides they charge you for everything reminds me of back in the day when your bills are 2 and $300, I'm switching my service after my contract. This app is horrible! It doesn't remember log in information now that they changed the features on the app.
